I’ve been on a short health journey since the beginning of the year with my fiancée, and I’m feeling really good. We’ve been eating healthier food, drinking more water, and not eating out. It’s been really nice! We’ve also been running a lot too. We’re runners now, and that’s so cool to me to be able to call ourselves that! I used to hate running longer distances than sprints, but now I really enjoy it! This is a really fun life change we’ve made.
