I’ve been on a short health journey since the beginning of the year with my fiancĂ©e, and I’m feeling really good. We’ve been eating healthier food, drinking more water, and not eating out. It’s been really nice! We’ve also been running a lot too. We’re runners now, and that’s so cool to me to be able to call ourselves that! I used to hate running longer distances than sprints, but now I really enjoy it! This is a really fun life change we’ve made.
